Review & Exchange
On December 18 and 19, 2025, the entire IÖ team came together for a two-day meeting at the Julius Kühn Institute in Braunschweig to jointly conclude the year and look ahead. In intensive work phases, we developed the roadmap for 2026, identified current challenges, and clarified open tasks and common goals.
Outlook for 2026
Numerous activities are planned for the coming year. These include further workshops and reflection rounds, and an important milestone will also be the opening of the test area, which will create new opportunities for testing, exchange and visibility. With clear goals and coordinated tasks, we are starting the new year well prepared.
Joint Conclusion
The meeting was rounded off by a small Christmas party, which offered space for games, reviews and a joint conclusion of the year. In a relaxed atmosphere, we were able to appreciate what we had achieved and start planning for 2026 with great motivation.
